Arturo Golcher MS, brings solid technical expertise to our clients. He holds a Master of Electric Engineering degree and seven years of professional experience in electrical engineering; is a member of the Federal Institute of Engineers and Architects in Costa Rica, and provides the ability to work under a Quality System Standard ISO 17025.
Arturo has the experience of an Engineer (2) with major electronic firms for several years, where he provided a broad and thorough capability to the operation and management of projects at the national telecommunications system level, working with Fortune 100 corporations. He has a history of coordinating staff for the implementation and construction of facilities necessary to meet project objectives. Projects have required coordination, execution and implementation of specific projects, and making progress reports.
Accomplishments have included the coordination, acceptance testing of systems / equipment and generate acceptance for the record. Mr. Golcher developed procedures to facilitate the different tasks within the framework of the operation and acceptance of equipment. He was responsible for the analysis of characteristics and recommendation of equipment to the proper functioning and operation of the equipment of the national system of telecommunications. He designed and implemented tools for recording, analyzing and control of processes of activities related to the execution of the installation, acceptance and commissioning of equipment system of telecommunications. Golcher analyzed technical information related to the transmission equipment used to make decisions that enhance and ensure the correct start-up of teams from the national telecommunications system. He monitored, inspected and carried out the work to be run prior to the completion and commencement of projects. Arturo has held the position of Technician in Construction and Maintenance 3.
Arturo speaks fluent Spanish and English. He has studied and completed numerous technical seminars in Costa Rica and Europe; and is currently a student of digital technology. He provides in-depth knowledge in the areas of Lighting Design, Equipment, Technology, and Psychology of Enlightenment. He has held positions of management of software in the Windows environment, Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Matlab and other programs. He earned his Master of Electric Engineering degree from Costa Rica University.
