Blanca Madrigal, MS, offers solid technical expertise to our clients. She holds a Master of Electric Engineering degree and nine years of professional experience in electrical engineering. Blanca is a member of the Federal Institute of Engineers and Architects in Costa Rica; a member of the Evaluators and Technicians Experts from the Costa Rican Accreditation Board; Quality Systems Evaluator under the ISO-IEC 17025 standard; and technical expert in electricity magnetism, time and frequency.

Ms. Madrigal has a successful history in providing design, maintenance and administration of quality management system to ensure compliance with the Standard of INTE-ISO/IEC 17025. This has included: elaboration and update of management processes; checking the technical procedures; investigation, selection, interpretation of the applicable regulations of the management system; calibration of equipment; assurance of results; coordinate audit; management of records and technical quality; monitoring processes and quality management; plan continuous improvement activities; provide reports on Quality Management System; tracking customer service; implementation of multiple policies with the Costa Rican Organization of Accreditation in the laboratory of calibration of the electrical variables of the Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad.

Blanca speaks fluent Spanish and English. She has studied and completed numerous technical seminars in Costa Rica and other countries in Latin America; and is currently a student of Digital Communication. She has office computer software capabilities as well; management of software in Windows; Microsoft Office / Project / Autocad / Matlab and other programs. She earned his Master of Electric Engineering degree from Costa Rica University.
