John Toner delivers an effective combination of solid marketing and state of the art computer capabilities with several years of successful entrepreneurial experience. Currently he is a Business Development Associate / Tech Manager for Coastal Strategies, and their strategic partner, United Country - Florida Coastal Real Estate, with a focus on client development.

John delivers comprehensive business development services that include: market research, marketing materials, professional sales presentations, and closing sales. His creation of sales and marketing materials include web site design and creation, logo design brochures, and 3D modeling.

He provides a broad range of computer skills to the client, including: Microsoft Outlook (Email), Excel (Spreadsheet), Access (Data Base), FrontPage (Web Design) Word (Text Editor), PowerPoint (Presentation), Adobe, Illustrator (Vector Based Graphics), Photoshop 7.0 (Photo Editing), Premiere 6.0 (Video Editing) Macromedia, Fireworks (Graphic Design), Dreamweaver (Web Design), Autodesk , 3Ds Max (3D design), Cleaner 5.0 (Video Encoding), Salesforce (CRM), Agent Achieve (Real Estate based CRM), MLX (Multiple Listing Service) IRIS (Property Tax Search), Fruity Loops 3.0 (Music Generator).

Prior to Coastal, John performed computer, graphic design, and business development services for Light Port / Media Door, as Account Executive / Marketing Manager, in the financial services industry. He was responsible for identifying underutilized markets; and to develop and implement a marketing strategy to pursue it; followed by professional selling to higher level decision makers (CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, etc.) utilizing CRM software programs.

Initially, John started his own firm, Virtual Imaging Solutions, a Florida corporation. As Owner / Principal, he provided web site design, as well as 3D building projects and 3D prototypes for attorneys and military contractors. As such, he performed his own business development, sales presentations, and project management.

John earned his BS in Marketing, College of Business from the University of South Florida, where he served as Sigma Chi Webmaster, Alumni Relations Chairman, and other contributory roles for Sigma Chi Alumni of USF. He holds an active Florida Real Estate license placed with United Country – Florida Coastal Real Estate.
